Political pundits have opine that this does not seem to be the best of times seeing that Oyo State happened to be the state that was to host the national convention of the PDP and currently there are court rulings for and against the hosting of the convention. In Oyo metropolis many staunch and foundational members of the ruling party in Oyo have decided to dump their party and move to the All Progressive Congress as a result of diplomatic moves of Prince Akeem Adeniyi Adeyemi a move which started last week during the meeting of the APC where loyalists of late Prince Adebayo Adeyemi who came second losing by a narrow margin decided to dump the ruling party in Oyo State.
